From the flat there are beautiful views across the East Bay to the Bass Rock and the Isle of May.  The East Bay is literally across the road: the Seabird Centre and pretty harbour are but a short distance away.  North Berwick prides itself on its clean water status.  The vast expanses of golden sands provide as much peace and tranquility as you want yet, hours of entertainment. A recent visitor could not believe that any one town could offer so much.  

The warm, sunny, 1- bedroom flat, though traditional, has been fully upgraded, decorated in neutral colours and is in an excellent state of repair.  It is situated on the second floor across the road from the beach.  Several guests have described it as ‘home form home’. Indeed it is my second home and so much more than a holiday flat. The settee converts very easily into a comfortable second double bed. The fully equipped kitchen area contains washing machine and microwave, fridge, hob and oven.  With a small hi-fi system, a flat screen television with DVD player and a selection of books there is entertainment for the occasional wet day.  Even in the height of summer it is very quiet.  Parking is on the sea front. 
 
    
All linen, towels and electricity are included in the rent.

This is a no-smoking flat.  Pets may be considered if trained and not too hairy.
