This is a no-smoking flat.  Pets may be considered if trained and not too hairy.
Occasionally a long weekend might be considered. Normally lets run from Saturday to Saturday.

All linen, towels and electricity are included in the rent.

RENT: 

Rent is variable according to season.   Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday.

Weekends may be considered depending on availability.

DEPOSITS:

A non-returnable £100 deposit secures a booking.   The balance is due 1 week before entry, when arrangements will be made for keys/access.

CURRENCY:

Payment by cheque in Pounds Sterling (GBP).   Payment in Euro (EUR) is also acceptable.

No Credit Card payments.
